We are excited to introduce 4 additions to our coaching staff for the 2017-2018 season. They all have different expertise that will help diversify our staff and offer different perspectives to our athletes.

Morgan is originally from Michigan. She played club for one of Coach Lisa's mentors at Michigan Volleyball Academy (MVA). After high school, she continued her career at Dominican University in River Forest, IL. With the Stars, she made 2 NCAA tournament appearances. Her expertise is in setting and will bring a lot of energy and knowledge to our program this season.

Tessa played middle blocker at Minooka Community High School where she was a 2-time team captain. After high school, Tessa continued her playing career at Dominican University. Tessa helped lead the Stars to 3 consecutive conference championships and 3 National tournament appearances. Tessa lead the NAAC in blocks per set and totaled over 700 career kills. Tessa specializes in hitting and blocking instruction and will be a valuable asset to The Edge coaching staff.

Trista is originally from Indiana. As a defensive specialist & setter, she accumulated she was the 2004 Shelby Country Player of the Year. She was a part of the 2004 state runner-up team & 2003 state championship team at Morristown High School. After high school, Trista attended and competed at Vincennes University. After college, Trista has stayed involved with the game and has coached for both Mid-Hoosier Volleyball Club & Indiana Volleyball Academy. We are excited to add her years of experience to our team.

Sean has been around the game of volleyball since he was born (seriously, his parents met on the court). He played high school and club around the Chicago area. Since he chose to go to a very specialized post-secondary institution, he was not able to compete at the collegiate level; however, he has been able to continue playing in adult leagues and tournaments around the Chicago area. Sean has been assistant coaching at various high school levels and will be a floating coach for The Edge VBC this year.

 Welcome to The Edge family!
